Toinette’s approach to counseling is eclectic in nature in that she caters her therapeutic approach to the client’s individual needs. The foundation of all her counseling is based in Grace, Love, & Mercy, with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Strength-based Therapy, and Mindfulness being her main therapeutic approaches. Her clients can expect a counselor who not only empathizes with their specific needs but also listens with a heart always aiming to build a strong therapeutic relationship.

Toinette Neube is a Resident in Counseling, Minister, Author, Speaker and Military wife of over 24 years. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education degree in Family, Marriage and Relationship Counseling. In 2003, she founded Nurture Thyself, Inc., a non-profit counseling and case management organization that specializes in helping women and their families, the homeless, and the economically depressed population. As a Couples Counselor she has hosted numerous couples retreats and seminars. She has written two award winning books, “Nurture Thyself” and “Women with a Mind to Build”! She is married to her best friend of 24 years and they have two sons. Her motto in life is to “Embrace Life, Seek Truth & Be Free!”
