Some of her favorite verses are 2 Corinthians 1:4 “Praise be to God who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God” (NIV) and Luke 4:18 “He hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, recovery of sight to the blind, and to set at liberty them that are bruised” (KJV).
