Amy Vile, Masters Level Clinical Intern

Practicing Since: 2022
Amy’s goal is to provide an environment of sincerity, openness, warmth, and trust. She has a particular interest in seeing people as individuals and is interested in personality inventories. She wants to partner with clients in self-discovery and self-confidence and prefers an atmosphere of discussion and engagement with room for creativity and gentle challenge.
Finding great value in exploring how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact with one another, Amy believes clients can find health and healing when they discover and develop natural strengths, take control of thinking, and generate confidence and resilience for navigating life and its transitions.
Following her son’s sports pursuits is an enjoyment that she shares with her husband. Her perfect day would involve crossword puzzles, logic puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, and an escape room. She also enjoys a good book while curled up with her pug and dessert.
Amy is under the clinical supervision of Jessica Ives, LCPC, Maryland (#LC2578).
