Baltimore, MD - Ingleside Ave Office

Our Safe Harbor office is located inside Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Clients should park on Craigmont Rd behind Sam’s Club (which is right near the office door). Clients should contact their counselor to gain entry. Counselors will open the door at the time of appointment. Clients should wait in their car for their counselor as there is no waiting room at this location.
