Silvia has over 20 years of experience working with diverse clients to help them navigate life’s challenges.  She is passionate about meeting clients where they are in life, offering a compassionate and personalized approach to therapy.  She is a certified substance abuse counselor and certified dialectical behavioral therapist.

Silvia has a master’s degree in human relations and clinical counseling.  Outside of her professional life she loves spending time with family, traveling and caring for her animals.  Her goal is to support you in overcoming obstacles and empowering you to achieve your full potential.
