Practicing Since :2015
Since beginning her practice, Noemi has enjoyed working with diverse populations by providing mental health therapy services to children and adults. She enjoys working with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety and trauma related disorders. Specifically, within the past 5-years, Noemi has worked with the immigrant Latinx population, by providing mental health therapy services to help address trauma, adjustment disorders, and acculturation difficulties.
Noemi’s passions include treating anxiety disorders and helping individuals navigate different transitions and stages in their lives. Her mission is to empower clients and offer an empathetic, non-judgmental and safe space. She is fluently bilingual and can offer therapy services in Spanish or English. Noemi uses an eclectic approach to psychotherapy services that combines different evidenced-based treatment interventions such as: person-centered, solution-focused, strengths-based, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, Christian counseling, and other techniques to help meet the client’s mental health needs. In addition, Noemi strives to implement a holistic approach and views her clients as a whole person. She will seek to explore other areas in her client’s life such as: physical, spiritual, and social well-being that could be impacting their mental health.
