Mary adapts her clinical approach to match the needs of her clients by utilizing a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral, person-centered, motivational interviewing, creative/art techniques, mindfulness, family multigenerational approaches, strengths-based, and trauma-focused interventions. Mary has a passion for helping others navigate through life’s difficulties.

Mary earned her B.A. in Psychology from Nyack College and her M.S. in Education in Mental Health Counseling from The College of Saint Rose. Following obtaining her degrees, Mary went on to work at SARC (Sexual Assault/Spouse Abuse Resource Center) and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Mary has provided individual, group, and family counseling in outpatient, intensive outpatient, residential, and private practice settings.

Mary is licensed in the state of Maryland #LC6966.
