Colleen Clark, LMSW

Practicing since: 2021

Colleen Clark graduated from Fordham Graduate School of Social Service with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She was drawn to the mental health field by the remarkable resilience she observed in people carrying immense challenges while continuing to care for themselves and those around them. Through her clinical experience, Colleen developed a passion for creating a therapeutic space that feels both safe and genuine, where clients can show up as their authentic selves.

Colleen’s approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. She has experience working with adolescents and adults, including individuals navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. She enjoys incorporating clients’ creativity, humor, and personal interests into the therapeutic process, recognizing these strengths as valuable tools for growth and healing.

Clients working with Colleen can expect empathy, authenticity, and thoughtful perspective. She strives to foster an environment free of judgment, where individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered to explore challenges openly. Colleen values strong therapeutic relationships that balance compassion with practical tools and meaningful feedback. Drawing from both her professional experience and the resilience she developed through overcoming childhood adversity, she believes that healing, growth, and lasting change are possible—even during life’s most difficult seasons.
