Breanna believes in the importance of forming and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship by providing empathy and respect as clients navigate this journey. She recognizes that therapy is not a one size fits all experience and utilizes various clinically based tools, techniques and interventions to fit each individual and incorporates clients’ strengths, likes, and hobbies. Interventions such as client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and play and art therapies are utilized during treatment. Breanna has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in both community and office settings.
