Ana believes people have the power within themselves to do remarkable things, and she is here to help unlock that potential.

Ana is currently an intern at Safe Harbor Behavioral Care working towards her master’s degree in Social Work. Her counseling style creates a warm, cozy environment where clients can feel comfortable. She loves to laugh and feels that laughter is indeed the best medicine.

Ana has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient facilities with adolescents, adults, and military families.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending time with her husband, her kids and her dogs. She also loves to try new recipes or restaurants, as well as storm tracking and learning about the weather.

Ana is under the supervision of Unique Sellers, LCSW-C (MD #22035).
