Alison enjoys connecting with children, teens, and adults, as well as working with couples and families to strengthen their bonds and communication lines. She uses a blend of models based on the needs of the individual. Her primary therapeutic approaches are Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Alison also uses other creative tools and methods as supplements to best help every client. She has a history of working with individuals, families, and facilitating therapeutic groups.
Alison graduated with her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from North Central. She completed her internship at Family Insight, PC, where she was able to work with children, teens, and families in an in-home setting.
