Who Should Attend? - This workshop is intended for adults, family caregivers, parents, clergy, clinical professionals, and teens (separate sessions for teens). This workshop is for individuals seeking to be empowered with principles of emotional wellness, and those that want to help them.

Goals for This Workshop:

  • Learn strategies for emotional wellness as applied to managing feelings, expressing emotions, and coping with stress.
  • Identify how teens vs. adults move from emotional attachment to emotional maturity.
  • Learn strategies for managing stress, anger, and depression.
  • Learn how to manage stress when a loved one is dependent on you.
  • Discuss hot topics with an expert panel regarding emotional wellness during times of tragedy, trauma, or loss.
  • Receive resources for ongoing emotional wellness.

Post Conference Resources Will Include:

  • Onsite Resource Table with local hotlines and resource lists.
  • Internet chat room available for 30 days following conference with expert moderators at select times.
  • Live support groups for adults and teens on managing anger, stress, and depression.
