Matthew P. Centeio-Bargasse
Matthew P. Centeio-Bargasse is a trained/certified mediator who has mediated a number of cases such as civil and criminal court cases, and family, community, and workplace/organizational disputes.
His experience includes strategic planning, organizational development, and change management, in both the private and non-profit sectors. His expertise is organizational conflict including dispute resolution training, dispute system design, team-building, and facilitative mediation. Matthew has participated in Healthy Relationship Training conducted by Drs. John & Julie Gottman. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Studies from Morgan State University and a Master's of Science in Conflict Negotiation/Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore.
As an active volunteer leader in community organizations, he currently serves as a mediator and trainer for the Community Mediation Program at the Safe & Smart Center in Baltimore City and has also served as a mediator for the Maryland Commission on Human Relations (MCHR). Mr. Centeio-Bargasse is also a member and youth leader of Kingdom Worship Center and has co-founded M.A.D. (Making A Difference), Inc., a faith-based non-profit, in Baltimore City.
