Patricia Keene, MSW, LCSW-C

Patricia is a licensed, clinical social worker, who received her professional education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) Honors College and the University of MD at Baltimore Social Work (UMAB). At UMAB, she specialized in the field of families and children from a clinical perspective. Ms. Keene is described as a knowledgeable, sensitive and compassionate counselor. She has a passion for clients to experience hope and healing through clinical interventions based on a spiritual perspective.

Ms. Keene has 12 years of experience in the field of social work assisting adults, families and children with a variety of life’s struggles. She has specialized training to work with clients coping with marital problems, domestic violence, and health/mental health conditions. Ms. Keene has extensive work experience with families who have been involved in the child welfare/legal system concerning matters of child abuse and neglect.   She has experience working with adults/senior population who are coping with stress/anxiety, grief/loss, employment/financial struggles, homelessness, addictions, and wounds from childhood trauma. Ms. Keene’s extensive work with agencies in the Baltimore-Metropolitan region has equipped her with knowledge of community resources to further assist her clients.

Ms. Keene and her family live in Baltimore County, where she has been a life-long resident, and active church member. She has traveled to Mexico and Puerto Rico and studied in Spain. Ms. Keene is proficient to both speak and write Spanish.
