What Clients Can Expect: Greg’s approach to counseling is rooted in the belief that everyone has the ability to make changes and healthy decisions for themselves. Greg doesn’t judge or give advice, his job is to counsel, educate, and listen with precision to empower his clients to make the best choices based on their values. Greg feels it is key to develop rapport through an atmosphere of trust and safety as well as clarity and being forthright. As a Christian, Greg believes personal insight is revealed by the Holy Spirit when the client is ready to receive it and he plays a small role in helping them take the next few steps in their personal journey. Greg believe the counseling space is sacred as the client allows permission for him to walk alongside them in the counseling process.
About: Greg is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as certified as a Clinical Supervisor and Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor through the state of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Messiah College with a degree in Sociology and from Moravian Theological Seminary in 2005 with a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling.
