Grace Ann Nebres-Zuckerman, LCSW-C

Grace Ann believes in starting where the client is and views counseling as a partnership based on trust. Her areas of expertise include sexual, physical, and emotional abuse; parenting struggles; family discord; depression; and anxiety. Her heart especially enjoys counseling children, adolescents, and teenagers using a systems approach to family therapy. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Family Studies from the University of Maryland College Park and her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Her experience includes Johns Hopkins Hospital Children's Mental Health Center; Washington, D.C. Child and Family Services Agency; and Baltimore County's Department of Social Services.

Grace Ann was led to Safe Harbor Christian Counseling because she felt that something was missing from her work life. After several months of prayer, she realized that the Lord wanted her to use her clinical skills to heal individuals and families and especially share His light. Jeremiah 29:12, 13 defines her relationship with the Lord, "You will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."

Grace Ann is currently living in Baltimore County with her husband, Ryan, and their two cats, George and Cali. She is a Sunday School teacher and an active member of her church's Women's Connection and Bible Study for couples. She loves playing board games and enjoys traveling, too.
