Eular Gibbs, LCSW-C
Eular Gibbs has resided in the Harford County / Baltimore City / Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia metropolitan areas where she has served in the field of children, youth, and family treatment for over 25 years.
Eular is a licensed clinical social worker and independent consultant experienced in the areas of youth and family services, program planning, and business development. She is the former business owner of a community based wraparound agency that provided intensive treatment to the return and diversion adolescent population in Harford County, Cecil County, and Washington, D.C.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Counseling Education from South Carolina State University and her master’s degree in Social Work from OLLU in San Antonio, Texas. She is licensed in D.C., Maryland, and Delaware.
As an independent consultant, Eular targets her Christian counseling services toward female teenagers, adult couples, and women. She currently sponsors a weekly “Women Empowerment” workshop and support group in Bel Air, MD designed to enhance spiritual growth and development in single and married women. She is a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Bel Air and a “die-hard” Philadelphia Eagles fan.
Eular’s favorite scripture is Isaiah 40:31 “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.” (KJV)
