Counselor Donna Shin, Safe Harbor Christian CounselingCaring for souls in her work is a sacred honor for Donna Shin. She believes that growth, healing and transformation takes place through God - the true life giving source. The counseling relationship, like a healthy garden, must be well cultivated with the nutrients and conditions for optimum growth. Respect, skill, compassion, gentle kindness, hope, presence and Christian love prepare holy and fertile ground for wholeness and healing. Opening herself as a channel for God's grace and offering her skills and gifts she creates space to listen to each unique soul's calling to support and guide another in their own unique unfolding. Opening to God's grace, spoken or unspoken, invites the true source of life who bestows grace and brings new life.
