Cheryl Fischer, LCSW-C
Cheryl Fischer is a Licensed Certified Social Worker and received her Bachelor’s degree in sociology at Towson State University and a Master’s degree in social work from West Virginia University.
Cheryl has worked in various settings, including personal homes, public schools, hospitals, private medical centers, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. In these settings she has provided services to many different populations, including elementary-aged children and geriatric-aged adults.
Cheryl implements cognitive behavioral and strengths based modalities when providing therapeutic services which is an important component in facilitating change in clients. Cheryl knows she has been called to do this profession and to utilize her spiritual gifts and skills to serve God when working with clients.
Cheryl lives in Harford County with her family and pets.
