What Clients Can Expect: Lina truly believes that her clients are the expert of themselves. Listening to their story is her honor and privilege. She knows it can be challenging to be honest about all areas of life. She meets clients wherever they are at. She strives to help clients make sense of what God is doing in the midst of suffering and to trust God with the unknown. Fear of the unknown can be debilitating. Telling our stories with honesty about both the brokenness of our world and the faithfulness of God can help clients make sense of their past and hope for the future. Lina also offers prayer to all clients who find this a helpful way to give all that is brought to light back to God.
About: When a client can tell their story to a counselor who responds with empathy and no judgment, they can make sense of their experience both externally and internally. Lina actively listens and offers options of how to reframe how we view ourselves and our world along with practices that can encourage balance in all areas of life.
