What Clients Can Expect: Aliya uses a strengths-based approach to help individuals recognize their strengths and abilities. She uses a blend of cognitive behavioral interventions to help individuals reframe perspectives and build self-confidence. Her treatment philosophy is that no issue is too great to overcome.
About: Aliya has worked with survivors of trauma and individuals with addiction for over 10 years. She has received training as an addiction specialist as well as in problem gambling. She enjoys assisting individuals in navigating the journey self-discovery and self-acceptance.
